Terms of Service

Last updated: July 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Visado's website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Visado is — and is not

Visado is an informational tool that estimates immigration eligibility and suggests possible pathways for countries such as Canada and Australia, based on information you provide and publicly available rules.

Visado is not a law firm, and is not a licensed or regulated immigration or migration adviser, agent, or consultant. Nothing on the Service constitutes legal or immigration advice. Immigration rules change frequently and depend on your individual circumstances. Always verify information with the relevant official government source and, where appropriate, consult a licensed immigration professional before making decisions.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
  • Scrape, resell, or misrepresent the Service or its outputs.
  • Submit information that is false or that you are not authorised to provide.

4. Payments and refunds

Some features, such as detailed pathway reports, require a one-time payment. Prices are shown before purchase and are processed by Stripe. Because reports are generated and delivered digitally on demand, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where a report failed to generate due to a fault on our side. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@visado.ai.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Visado and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Reports we generate are for your own use.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that eligibility estimates, scores, timelines, costs, or other outputs are accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your situation, or that using the Service will result in a successful visa or immigration outcome.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visado and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm Visado or other users.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located there.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
